The 2026 Dominican Republic Summer Mission Teams have begun registration for the trips this summer. The First Baptist Church of Wallingford began sending short-term teams to volunteer in LaRomana, DR in 1990. Since that first team of 11 volunteers, thousands of people from all over the United States from young teens to those nearly 80 years old, have had the privilege of serving.
2026 Mission Trip dates for the Dominican Republic are:
Sat, July 4 to Sat, July 11
Sat. July 11 to Sat. July 18
Our church has sent volunteers on DR Mission trips through the years including last year. It is our prayer that people from our church will once again be a part of this amazing experience. We are also in need of sponsors and prayer partners to support this opportunity. The cost of the trip will continue to be shared between our church in addition to a portion provided by our missionaries. Participants also are responsible for acquiring their own passports.
